Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• 1. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting / Bảo Trì và Khắc Phục Sự Cố Thiết Bị
• EN:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment operation in a timely manner.
• Repair motors, control panels, sensors, power supplies, and other electrical devices.
• Inspect electrical equipment regularly to identify potential failures.
• VI:
• Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa và bảo trì sửa chữa đối với hệ thống điện và thiết bị sản xuất.
• Chẩn đoán và xử lý các sự cố điện nhằm khôi phục hoạt động của thiết bị trong thời gian ngắn nhất.
• Sửa chữa động cơ, tủ điện điều khiển, cảm biến, bộ nguồn và các thiết bị điện khác.
• Kiểm tra định kỳ thiết bị điện nhằm phát hiện sớm các nguy cơ hư hỏng.
• 1. Installation and Improvement / Lắp Đặt và Cải Tiến
• EN:
• Support installation, relocation, and commissioning of machines and electrical systems.
• Assist engineers in implementing equipment modifications and improvement projects.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, and electrical panel assembly as required.
• VI:
• Hỗ trợ lắp đặt, di dời và đưa vào vận hành máy móc, hệ thống điện.
• Hỗ trợ kỹ sư thực hiện các dự án cải tiến và nâng cấp thiết bị.
• Thực hiện đấu nối dây điện, đi cáp và lắp ráp tủ điện theo yêu cầu.
• 1. Documentation and Spare Parts Management / Hồ Sơ và Quản Lý Vật Tư
• EN:
• Complete maintenance records and technical reports accurately.
• Update electrical drawings and maintenance documentation when necessary.
• Monitor electrical spare parts inventory and request replenishment when required.
• VI:
• Hoàn thành đầy đủ hồ sơ bảo trì và báo cáo kỹ thuật.
• Cập nhật bản vẽ điện và tài liệu bảo trì khi có thay đổi.
• Theo dõi tồn kho vật tư điện và đề xuất bổ sung khi cần thiết.
• 1. Continuous Improvement and Safety / Cải Tiến Liên Tục và An Toàn
• EN:
• Support TPM, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with 6S standards.
• VI:
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động TPM, bảo trì phòng ngừa và cải tiến liên tục.
• Tham gia phân tích nguyên nhân gốc và thực hiện các hành động khắc phục.
• Duy trì khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp theo tiêu chuẩn 6S.

Education & Experience

• EN:
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, sensors, and control circuits.
• Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment is preferred.
• VI:
• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao đẳng hoặc chứng chỉ nghề chuyên ngành Điện, Điện công nghiệp, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì điện trong môi trường sản xuất.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu sơ đồ điện và bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
• Có kiến thức về hệ thống điện công nghiệp, động cơ, cảm biến và mạch điều khiển.
• Có hiểu biết cơ bản về thiết bị điều khiển PLC là một lợi thế.

Working Conditions

EN:

• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to electrical equipment and machinery.
• May be required to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or emergency maintenance schedules.

VI:

• Làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất với nhiều thiết bị điện và máy móc công nghiệp.
• Có thể làm việc theo ca, tăng ca hoặc hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố ngoài giờ khi cần thiết.

Physical Requirements

EN:

• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

VI:

• Có khả năng thực hiện trực tiếp các công việc bảo trì và sửa chữa tại hiện trường.

Safety Requirements

All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.

EN:

• Follow all company safety policies and electrical safety procedures.
• Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Comply with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before performing maintenance work.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety improvement initiatives.

VI:

• Tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định an toàn của công ty và quy trình an toàn điện.
• Sử dụng đúng các trang bị bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE).
• Thực hiện quy trình Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) trước khi tiến hành bảo trì thiết bị.
• Báo cáo các điều kiện không an toàn và tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến an toàn.
