As the New and Cash Accounts Controller, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks that support the Commercial Credit function. Facilitating the on boarding of new accounts and credit assessments.

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting electronic capturing of application information and on boarding documents
• Input and management of credit customer data acurecy
• On boarding of cash accounts
• Resolving customer cases in Sales Force
• Releasing of cash orders on receipt of cash and or valid proof of payment
• Obtaining credit source data and varification
• Sales Force monitoring and case management
• Maintain sound working relationship with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of the team’s goals
• Ensure compliance to policies, procedures and contracts
• Compile, submit and present / provide reports as required

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

• A certificate or diploma in an Accounting / General Administration qualification
• 3 years’ work experience gained in a similar function within a FMCG or Banking enviroment.
• A good understanding of general accounting systems and credit principles
• Excellent administrative skills
• A good understanding of administration flow and processes
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of a call centre environment will be advantegeous
• Able to adapt to changes
