Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, product and organizational information to strategies and plans.
  • 4 years of experience in advertising operations, creator marketing, production management, or media agency account coordination.
  • 2 years of experience managing the pipeline throughout the entire sales process.
  • In-depth understanding of the creator ecosystem, influencer marketing agencies (IMAs), and digital video advertising.

Creative Works is a high-impact team of data-driven creative strategists, consultative partners, creator marketing experts and AI accelerators working upstream with Google’s largest advertisers and agencies. Far from subjective design, this team acts as a proactive revenue multiplier—operating at the intersection of creative, media and technology to drive creative effectiveness and maximize YouTube media performance through better-performing creative, creator and content strategies.

Canada: $138000 - $141000 (CAD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process—including kickoff best practices, timelines, asset deliverables, and quality control—ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Streamline operational workflows with external production partners and Influencer Management Agencies to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate turnaround times. Develop scaled enablement collateral and communications for Large Customer Sales Canada teams.
  • Partner with third-party managed service providers and operational vendors to manage administrative workflows, contract approvals, billing/invoicing, compliance, and media incentive fund allocations.
  • Monitor campaign milestones and track performance against core program objective key results (OKRs), including brand agreement volume tied to media spend, operational time savings, service level agreements (SLAs).
