Coldstore Operational Manager

In a context of company growth, we are now looking for a dynamic and passionate Coldstore Operational Manager. Responsibilities
Planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure seamless and effective operations.
Defining key operational KPIs and objectives, monitoring progress to meet budget targets.
Providing ongoing support for projects and day-to-day operations.
Conducting research on costs and pricing and performing service price profitability and sensitivity analysis.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and industrial refrigeration standards.
Managing inventory, cost control, and planning.
Utilizing warehouse management systems and temperature tracking technologies.
Leading and managing teams and making decisions focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in the cold storage industry.
Independent, goal-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills.
Team player with strong interaction skills with sites and their agencies.
Experience in P&L management and logistics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and an excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of market dynamics and reefer trades is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to rapid changes, and handle unexpected situations.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.

Permanent/full time. To be filled as soon as possible. Business trips expected.
