Project Manager - Electronic Security Systems

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead electronic security projects in Switzerland, from project initiation through installation, commissioning and final handover.

You will coordinate technical teams, subcontractors, suppliers and customers while ensuring successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Manage electronic security projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate project planning, resources, suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage projects involving CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems
• Coordinate Engineers, Field Technicians and external partners
• Monitor project progress, risks, deadlines and technical issues
• Ensure smooth execution of installation and commissioning activities
• Coordinate hardware availability and anticipate supply constraints
• Act as the main interface with customers throughout the project
• Support testing, commissioning and final project handover
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

Your profile

• Proven experience in technical project management
• Previous experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, building technologies or technical integration projects
• Good understanding of installation and commissioning environments
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with technical teams and customer-facing environments
• Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, building technologies or a related field
• English, french fluent, german stron asset

• Experience with comparable security integration platforms will also be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in Data Center or other critical infrastructure environments
• Experience managing international or global account projects
• Previous experience with security system integration projects
