About the team you are joining

As an Intern I&D Application support reporting to the Application support senior manager, you will help to review and improve our Jira processes, clean-up and complete information in our jira database, and also you will support a pilot to bring AI to application support process using Atlassian Rovo and Ms Copilot.

You will work in the IATA I&D department and collaborate with all other divisions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and reviewing I&D Application support processes.
  • Cleaning, enriching and completing Jira Database information.
  • Using Rovo and CoPilot to automating and enriching current support processes.
  • Supporting knowledge management activities.
  • Generating powerBI reports on Application support activities.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A recent University Degree in Computer Science (within one year of graduation) or related field.
  • Good process analytical skills
  • Good at innovation and/or creativity
  • Excellent planning and organization skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in AI tools
