About the team you are joining

As an Intern I&D Application support reporting to the Application support senior manager, you will help to review and improve our Jira processes, clean-up and complete information in our jira database, and also you will support a pilot to bring AI to application support process using Atlassian Rovo and Ms Copilot.

You will work in the IATA I&D department and collaborate with all other divisions.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting and reviewing I&D Application support processes.
Cleaning, enriching and completing Jira Database information.
Using Rovo and CoPilot to automating and enriching current support processes.
Supporting knowledge management activities.
Generating powerBI reports on Application support activities.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

A recent University Degree in Computer Science (within one year of graduation) or related field.
Good process analytical skills
Good at innovation and/or creativity
Excellent planning and organization skills
