About the Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, within the SACHI Culinary Department, the Demi-Chef de Partie assists in the preparation, production, and presentation of dishes for our restaurant Ottolenghi. The Demi-Chef de Partie reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine.

As Demi-Ch ef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

  • Carry out food preparation

  • Comply with and ensure quality and productivity standards

  • Dispatch various orders

  • Comply with HACCP standards and the MOHG Group’s hygiene procedures

  • Collect the ordered products

  • Ensure the premises and work surfaces are kept clean

As Demi-C hef de Partie we expect from you:

  • A passion for culinary arts and attention to detail.

  • Previous kitchen experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred.

  • Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.

  • Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.

  • A valid Swiss work permit or EU passport.
