Head of Design

• Lead and manage the Architectural Design team across multiple projects.

• Oversee the full design process from concept and design development through final design deliverables.

• Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.

• Manage project priorities, workloads, deadlines, and deliverables across the design team.

• Coordinate with the Saudi head office/client team and ensure smooth communication between the back office and project stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance and direction to architects and senior team members.

• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.

• 15+ years of experience in Architectural Design.

• Previous experience working in a back-office setup with a Saudi company.

• Strong experience in Real Estate and Construction projects.

• Proven experience in managing large architectural design teams.

• Strong technical knowledge of architectural design and multidisciplinary coordination.
