Senior Technical Office Engineer - Infrastructure

• Review and coordinate infrastructure drawings, shop drawings, profiles, layouts, and technical submittals.

• Ensure infrastructure deliverables comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards.

• Coordinate infrastructure packages with buildings, MEP, civil, structural, landscape, roads, and utilities teams.

• Review BOQs, quantities, design reports, technical specifications, and material submittals.

• Prepare and review RFIs, technical queries, method statements, technical reports, and documentation.

• Identify interface issues between infrastructure networks, buildings, roads, levels, drainage, and service corridors.

• Support constructability reviews and ensure infrastructure design is practical for site execution.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, utility providers, and internal project teams.

• Monitor technical submissions and drawing approvals against project milestones.

• Support value engineering, cost control, and optimization of infrastructure solutions.

• Maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, comments, approvals, and design changes.

• Provide technical support to site teams during construction and infrastructure execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure technical office or infrastructure design/construction.

• Strong experience in roads, utilities, water supply, wastewater, stormwater drainage, irrigation, and external networks.

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, mixed-use, urban development, residential communities, or secondary infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure drawings, profiles, BOQs, specifications, technical reports, and authority requirements.

• Experience working with consultants, contractors, PMC, or engineering/design teams.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD, Revit/BIM/Navisworks are preferred.

• Strong coordination, interface management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multidisciplinary technical coordination.
