Captain (Airbus A320)

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of a leading aviation partner for an experienced Airbus A320 Captain to join their flight operations team.

We are looking for a highly skilled aviation professional with proven command experience on the A320 family aircraft, strong technical capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of flight safety, operational excellence, and passenger experience.

The role requires a professional pilot who can confidently operate within a multi-crew environment, demonstrate strong decision-making skills, and ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flight Operations & Safety Management

• Safely operate Airbus A320/A321 aircraft in accordance with aviation regulations, company procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure the highest levels of flight safety throughout all operations.
• Conduct flights while maintaining compliance with applicable aviation authorities and company policies.
• Apply sound judgment and effective decision-making during all phases of flight.

2. Command & Crew Leadership

• Act as the Pilot in Command and take full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
• Lead and coordinate effectively with flight crew members in a multi-crew cockpit environment.
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with cockpit crew and operational teams.
• Promote a professional, safety-focused, and teamwork-driven cockpit culture.

3. Passenger Experience & Operational Excellence

• Support the delivery of a safe, comfortable, and exceptional passenger experience.
• Maintain high professional standards throughout all flight operations.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a strong customer-focused mindset.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all required aviation documents, licenses, and certifications remain valid.
• Maintain compliance with security, medical, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow all operational procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.

Candidate Requirements

Flight Experience

• Minimum 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) experience on Airbus A320 type.
• Valid Airbus A320/A321 Type Rating.
• Recent experience flying the A320 within the last 12 months is preferred.
• Proven experience operating in a multi-crew environment.

Licensing & Certifications

• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Valid Egyptian Security Permit.
