The Role

This is a part-time role of 27.5 hours per week. You'll be the engine room of our Wellington roofing office and the go-to point of contact for the regional team, keeping the day-to-day moving across job administration, fleet coordination and health & safety. • Health & safety administration - coordinating employee health monitoring bookings, and making sure site pre-starts and daily Site App Pro tasks are completed by the team, following up on anything outstanding

We are looking for a capable and well-organised administrator who is:

  • Experienced in administration, ideally within the construction industry
  • Confident using purchase order, job management and scheduling systems (e.g. SimPRO, Site App Pro), or able to pick them up quickly
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with strong organisation and a sharp eye for detail
  • Proactive, flexible and resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Solution-focused
  • Punctual and self-motivated
  • Positive in attitude and dependable
