We are looking for a high caliber HR professional to join our Human Resources - Rewards & Governance (R&G) team in the Group Human Resources Department as a Senior Rewards Specialist, GHR. Key responsibilities include:
The Position Profile:
- To act as HR data and system specialist for the R&G team to perform the following duties:
- Support HR data analysis and provide insights to facilitate HR decision-making and business requests.
- Prepare data extracts, reports, dashboards, and data queries to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain data quality and support the effective use of HR data and systems across HR processes.
- Manage project activities, track timelines, and follow up with stakeholders on deliverables.
- Provide effective support in the end-to-end execution of key annual processes including annual remuneration review and incentive-related processes
- Support the administration and implementation of executive remuneration & benefits and related governance processes
- Carry out analyses and research, and present findings in a clear and insightful manner for management reporting purposes or supporting the policy / programme review
- Implement change requests from the team on HRIS/IT systems’ enhancement, liaise with relevant parties for enhancement, plan & perform necessary testing before acceptance and prepare guides or training, as appropriate, to relevant HR users
- Provide project management, analytical and implementation support for Rewards & Governance initiatives as required
- Maintain high standards of governance, data security and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and remuneration information
Requirements:
- A recognised university degree in Computer Science, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 6 years’ relevant working experience, with solid experience in data analytics and/or HRIS management
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills and knowledge in HRIS functionalities
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to numerical details
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Good interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Organised, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Access will be beneficial.
