About Ahti

Ahti Interiors is a growing premium bathroom and sanitaryware company supplying residential, hospitality and commercial projects across Indonesia.

We manufacture and source products internationally, including from factories in China, and manage our own inventory and distribution within Indonesia. As the business grows, we are looking to strengthen our logistics operations and build more efficient, technology-driven systems across international freight, inventory and local deliveries.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Inventory Administrator to manage Ahti's international and domestic logistics operations.

This is a hands-on role covering the full movement of goods: from coordinating shipments with our factories, through freight forwarding and import processes, to receiving stock in Indonesia and arranging deliveries to customers and projects across the country.

The successful candidate should be highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable working with freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses and internal teams.

Experience with an Inventory stock management system is important, and we are particularly interested in someone who understands how technology and AI can be used to automate logistics administration, improve visibility and reduce manual work.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, imports or international shipping.
• Experience handling shipments from abroad to Indonesia
• Good understanding of Indonesian domestic logistics.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Understanding of international shipping documentation.
• Experience with Inventory management software.
• Comfortable working with digital systems and cloud-based software.
• Interest in AI, automation and improving operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
