Analyst – Governance & Oversight of Regulatory Reporting

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Analyst operates within a centralized ICS Reporting Processes Hub, supporting governance and oversight across regulatory reporting processes. The role ensures strong control discipline, adherence to regulatory requirements, and consistent audit-ready outcomes.

Analysts provide end-to-end operational and coordination support across standardized, market-agnostic governance, regulatory reporting, and control activities, acting as a control layer to enable scalable, consistent, and risk-managed delivery across multiple markets.

This role focuses on monitoring, control execution and testing, as well as the proactive identification of controls gaps, risks and improvement opportunities. Analysts partner closely with stakeholders across Governance, Compliance, and Operations to strengthen oversight, enhance control effectiveness, and support ongoing risk reduction as processes evolve. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective oversight of regulatory reporting processes in a complex, multi-market environment.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in governance, risk, control, or regulatory environments.

  • Strong understanding of control and testing frameworks (e.g. PRSA, PPCR, RCSA or similar).

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on control quality, documentation, and audit readiness.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, control gaps, and execution issues.

  • Ability to interpret operational data and support clear, accurate, and insight-driven governance reporting.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate risks and issues.

  • Sound judgement and confidence to challenge constructively and escalate risks early where required.

  • Strong stakeholders' management skills, with the ability to build relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear accountability.

  • Execute governance and oversight activities across regulatory and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with defined standards, internal policies, control frameworks and regulatory requirements.

  • Support end-to-end process oversight by monitoring execution, identifying control gaps, and ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time.

  • Perform control validations, documentation reviews, and evidence checks to ensure completeness, consistency, accuracy and timely reporting, while maintaining high-quality governance records for audit readiness.

  • Support control and testing activities (e.g. PRSA, PPCR or similar), including evidence review, issue tracking, and remediation follow-up.

  • Identify risks, control weaknesses, and process gaps, and escalate issues proactively with clear context and recommended actions.

  • Track actions, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring clear ownership, timely resolution, and proper documentation of outcomes. Support preparation of materials for governance forums, and leadership updates.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Governance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure clarity of roles, effective collaboration, and adherence to reporting expectations.

  • Document current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement to support scalable delivery and operating model evolution.
