Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and drive the growth of the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolio.
• Manage and deepen relationships with retail banking customers by understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of consumer banking products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) standards during customer onboarding and transactions.
• Participate actively in branch sales campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events to generate leads.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
• Good understanding of retail banking products, financial market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
