To be the main point of contact for all order fulfillment activities for Assembly subcons, responding to inquiries of the assigned Assembly subcons promptly and efficiently. Perform picking, invoicing, returns inclusive of SAP transaction, export permit and sending shipping documents to Assembly subcons, observing compliance to all rules and regulations.

Our Team

The Intercompany Planning team serves as a critical link between customer demand and manufacturing supply across Molex's global supply chain network. Our team is responsible for ensuring timely material availability, optimizing inventory levels, supporting revenue achievement, and enhancing customer delivery performance through proactive planning, STO execution, exception management, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Warehouse Planning is one of the key capabilities within Molex's Supply Chain organization. This function focuses on managing the movement of raw materials from warehouses to subcontractor locations, ensuring smooth and accurate inventory flow to support manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do

• Create and process delivery notes for material transfers to subcontractors.
• Execute inventory picking and material movement transactions from warehouse locations.
• Coordinate timely transfer of raw materials to subcontractor warehouses.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.
• Monitor and resolve transaction and material movement exceptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.
• Support inventory management and warehouse performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse transactions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in global planning, scheduling, purchasing materials requirement or supply chain in SAP environment.
• Exposure to warehouse and manufacturing activities
• Problem Solving and good negotiation skills: Offer solutions and efficient responses to meet customer requirements operating within the company guidelines and goals.
• Decision Making: Make efficient decisions by meeting customer requirements following company policies and business guidelines.
• Communication skills to liaise with internal and external contacts.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Hands-on experience on analytic tools Business Warehouse, Every Angle, Power BI etc.
• Demonstrate urgency in addressing customer issues, maintain confidentiality, apply commercial sense, and show sensitivity to the needs of others.
