The primary responsibilities of this role include –
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
Manage Cash Application - Validations and execution of transactions with accuracy and timeliness
QC - Review of transactions with accuracy and timeliness to share structured and timely feedback to team members
Reporting – Reporting of day-to-day transactions and activities / weekly team performance and month end deliverables
Thorough understanding of Insurance documents for query resolution
Handling month end closing activities for Account Receivables
Analysis of Unapplied/Unallocated Cash – Research and Analysis of aged unmatched transactions
Analyze and research on open queries assigned as per designated portfolio
External and Internal Stakeholder management
Ensure the assigned task completion in accordance with the SLA and company standards
Commerce Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience [Insurance Domain + BPO]
3+ years of prior experience in OTC and exceptions handling will be an added advantage
Good communication & business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments/stakeholders
Create a high performing culture; planning, organizing and prioritizing all work activities to achieve department and team goals and objectives
Managing client expectation on key deliverable
Highly adaptable and flexible
Excellent writing and verbal communication
