Team Leader - Cold Storage Warehouse

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Team Leader to join our Cold Storage Warehouse team in Reykjavík. The role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, providing customer service, and overseeing the handling of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift license (Category J) required
• Excellent English skills; Icelandic is an advantage
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Initiative, reliability, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service
• Forklift operation
• Container unloading
• Pallet counting and registration
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the cold storage warehouse
