Associate - Field Response Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid Incident Response:

  Attend breakdowns, accidents, and harassment cases.

• Minor Repairs & Recovery Logistics:

  Arrange for electric bike recovery to the HQ in coordination with the control room.

• Communication & Coordination:

  Liaise with the Control Room and Maintenance teams for seamless coordination.

• Data Logging & Reporting:

  Accurately document incident details, time-on-site, and challenges experienced.

Requirements

• NYS Training.
• A valid certificate of good conduct is required.
• A valid motorcycle driver’s license is also necessary.
• A craft certificate in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
