Bike Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing routine, general maintenance and repairs on bikes, including adjustments, cleaning and overall parts replacement.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common Mechanical and Electrical faults with the bikes.
  • Support Senior Technicians in Quality checks, assembly, and disassembly of bikes.
  • Physical assessment of bikes whenever repairing for unreported abnormalities, e.g., accidents.
  • Centrally aligning the bikes as per the operational set standards enhancing performance.
  • Adjusting/tightening of major bike movable parts ensuring longevity.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the team leader/senior technicians.

Requirements

  • Craft certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical

    Engineering, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a busy garage, workshop, or an industrial background is an added advantage.

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior training with the National Youth Service

    will be a strong advantage.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while performing multiple tasks.

  • Welding and Fabrication

    skills are a plus.
