We are looking for a high-potential engineering graduate interested in developing a career at the intersection of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) within a growing food processing equipment manufacturing site in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.

The program starts on February, 2027
The position will be based from Monday to Friday at our manufacturing site in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.
Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position.

What you will do

You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems while learning and applying WCM methodologies to drive sustainable operational performance and develop expertise in risk management, legal compliance, environmental management, continuous improvement, loss analysis, problem solving, and operational excellence.

  • Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems fully
  • Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification
  • Support legal compliance activities
  • Follow up SHE KPIs and action plans
  • Learn and apply WCM methodologies in a production / manufacturing environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects with different stakeholders
  • Work closely with Production, Industrial Engineering and global stakeholders
  • Lead a WCM+SHE Future Talent project

We believe you have

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering, like Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, etc.
  • Internship or school project in a manufacturing environment or in the SHE / WCM area will be an advantage
  • Strong Interest in SHE and Operational Excellence
  • Comfortable on production floor
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Strong learning agility
