Ground Transportation Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Work as intermediary for communication between operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
- Work with operations team to provide tracking information as requested by the client
- Development of department operational KPI’s
- Proactively identify and meet customer and stakeholder needs
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution
- Development of department operational KPI’s
- Responsible for creating and monitoring goals and performance reviews of direct reports
- Oversee, mentor and assist other team members as needed
- Manages team in process and continuous improvement efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Organizational Development, Transportation or related field or equivalent work experience is required
- A minimum of 5 (five) years Transportation/Logistics experience preferred
- A minimum of 3 (three) years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with ground transportation operations including DOT, OSHA and all related safety regulations
