Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

We are seeking two Casual Assessment Integrity Support staff members to join our team within Assessment Services to support one of the University's busiest assessment periods.

Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you will play an important role in supporting the University's assessment integrity processes. You will review recordings and supporting data from online examinations, identify potential breaches of examination rules and procedures, and prepare accurate, objective reports for further review.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion. You will work with large volumes of information and sensitive data, ensuring that established procedures and guidelines are applied consistently while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy analytical work, can exercise sound judgement, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a casual position designed to support short-term operational requirements. Hours will vary based on business needs and will be agreed with the successful candidates. The hourly rate for this role is $29 per hour.

Assessment Services plays a critical role in supporting assessment delivery and academic integrity across the University. Our team works closely with staff and students to ensure assessment processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with University regulations and procedures.

You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and written communication skills.

Previous experience reviewing documentation, conducting investigations, quality assurance activities, compliance work, or administrative support would be advantageous but is not essential.
