Job Profile Summary
You will be responsible for performing detailed business analysis activities primarily to support technology initiatives and enhancements. You should be able to operate under general direction on large initiatives and lead end‑to‑end analysis activities for smaller deliverables. In this role you will support customers, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver required value while also supporting the team by contributing to continuous improvement activities.
Essential Job Functions
- Elicit and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements or new solutions.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operational teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technical stakeholders, developing an understanding of business processes, operational constraints, and strategic objectives.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies impacting requirements or delivery.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within complex business and technology environments with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
- Experience documenting business processes and requirements using recognised business analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience supporting system enhancement, integration, process improvement, or service transformation initiatives.
- Experience preparing analysis artefacts suitable for both Agile and traditional delivery approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively with incomplete information.
Desirable Skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
- Process modelling and workflow analysis.
- Requirements traceability and change impact assessment.
- Workshop planning and facilitation.
- Business rule analysis.
- Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Risk, dependency, and issue identification.
- Experience with or comfort integrating AI tools into Business Analysis workflows or tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant business analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Other Qualifications
- Business analysis certification or domain expertise a plus.
