Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be developing strategic marketing plans for the hotel and then overseeing the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of different marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels. As a Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager, you’re not just executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Lead hotel marketing strategy: Develop and execute marketing and communications plans that drive revenue, strengthen brand presence, and support business objectives across multiple Hilton properties.
- Drive digital marketing performance: Manage campaigns across websites, social media, email marketing, paid media, and online travel channels to increase awareness, bookings, and guest engagement.
- Manage campaigns and promotions: Plan and deliver targeted marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, partnerships, and brand campaigns that support commercial priorities.
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities: Monitor campaign effectiveness, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimise marketing investment and results.
- Partner with hotel leaders: Collaborate closely with Commercial, Revenue, Sales, Operations, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that support hotel performance.
- Lead brand and communications excellence: Ensure all marketing activity aligns with Hilton brand standards while strengthening the reputation and visibility of our hotels across key markets.
- Manage agencies and marketing partners: Oversee creative, PR, digital, media, and production partners to ensure high-quality delivery and strong commercial outcomes.
- Coach and develop the marketing team: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Marketing team members while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:
A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality. Acting with Integrity and always doing the right thing. Inspiring others through Leadership. - Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality
- Proven expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
