Water Cart Driver

Hogan Gully is an exciting new Golf Course being by developed by Trojan Holdings near Arrowtown. We require a Water Cart Driver to join our golf course construction team through to winter next year. The Water Cart provides essential irrigation to key areas of the course as it is developed, as well as providing dust suppression during earthworks operations.
You will have an HT licence (at least Class 2) and work alongside other members of the construction team and contractors. This is a great truck driving opportunity to be part of the golf course project, enjoy the outdoors, while not having to deal with traffic.
Key activities include;
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor and Project Managers to determine areas needing water application.
• Understand the specific areas or routes requiring regular watering.
• Drive the water cart to designated areas on the job site.
• Safe operation of water cart in uneven terrain of an active dig site.
• Adjust spraying techniques or patterns based on wind conditions or site requirements.
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines for operating heavy machinery.
To add variety to the role you will also be involved with other general tasks on the site during times when watering is not required.
We are looking for someone with the right licence, who has a great attitude, is safety minded, and who is flexible and loves working as part of a team.
