Clinical Pharmacist

Overview

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional pharmaceutical consultation to patients at designated clinics and ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution
• Valid professional registration/license as required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong patient-handling and consultation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a healthcare team
• Flexibility to work according to clinic timings and business requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide professional pharmaceutical consultation to patients at assigned clinics
• Understand patients medication related concerns and provide appropriate guidance
• Review prescriptions and provide information regarding medication usage, dosage, and precautions
• Promote safe and effective use of medicines in accordance with professional standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
• Coordinate with clinic staff and healthcare professionals when required
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and healthcare guidelines
• Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned by management
