Job Summary

To provide internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division. Consults Product & Sales Management on their needs and offers creative ideas to support business growth, whilst maintaining information for lead tracking.

Responsibilities

  • A key member of the internal sales team, supporting all new and existing sales initiatives
  • Coordinate sales conferences, meetings & events including training and factory visits
  • Support the sales leaders on specific sales / marketing or PR projects as directed
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with existing and potential distributors / customers at all levels
  • Onsite sales support, to both internal and external customers
  • Implements and plan marketing campaigns for new & existing products
  • Maintain distributor databases to ensure they are always up to date
  • Distribute all announcements & bulletins to distributors and sales teams
  • Weekly pipeline reviews, always ensuring adherence to standard work
  • To provide sales support to Area Sales Managers and their distributors including handling sales enquiries for their territory, special pricing requests, order book management and order update requests
  • Qualification of IoT leads
  • NPS management ensuring detractors for Area Sales Managers and Distributors are followed up
  • Fortnightly review call with distributors to discuss open enquiries and support that is needed to complete enquiry
  • Support forecasting for distribution
  • Manage AR disputes
  • Demonstration and training on sales support tools
  • Review machine sales by country and share reports with commercial leaders
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required
  • Quarterly communication to distributors via newsletters

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
  • Experience of SAP or other ERP system
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Some travel across Europe may be required

Salary Range

6000 – 8000 PLN gross monthly
