YOUR TASKS

Business Group Special Original Equipment

•Steer logistics KPI target setting, performance reviews and corrective action tracking in alignment with business objectives;
•Develop, maintain, and optimize logistics reports and dashboards using SAP, SAC, Excel, Power Query, and Data Warehouse systems;
•Create automated reporting solutions and ad hoc analyses to improve transparency and performance tracking;
•Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting processes;
•Support the harmonization and standardization of logistics reporting and KPI frameworks;
•Develop reporting documentation and provide user support for reporting-related topics;
•Act as the key interface between controlling, operational units and management for budget planning, forecasting and performance evaluation;
•Align KPI targets, budget assumptions and performance measures with regional companies;
•Coordination of sell-out and scrapping activities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

•Experience in logistics, supply chain reporting, or business analytics;
•Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of SAP, SAC, Excel, Power Query, and reporting tools;
•Experience in KPI monitoring, dashboard creation, and performance reporting;
•Strong attention to detail and data quality;
•Advanced English skills, both written and spoken;
•This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for a period of two years.
