This iconic project combines cutting-edge engineering with exceptional architectural vision, making it one of the most unique construction projects globally.

We are hiring a Civil Design Coordinator: Full-time, on-site role based in Alula, Saudi Arabia. The role involves

• Daily coordinating with internal technical and construction teams, to ensure design is buildable, aligned with the safety, construction, and methods requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
• Systematic interface checking with the building works and future construction phases works using the project BIM platform and available design documentation
• Reviewing and compiling design documentation, tracks and monitors design progress, manages comments and revisions, and ensures that technical information is properly communicated to project and construction teams.
• Organizing and leading Constructability Review meetings and helps to compile the Contractor’s comments on the design.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil engineering with 2 years of relevant experience (Experience in Tunneling projects is a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, demonstrate initiative
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., CAD/BIM viewers, Power BI)
• Rigorous and committed to details and quality of the team deliverables
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
