Young Professionals Program – Client Service Analyst

Program Overview:

The Young Professionals Program at The Family Office accelerates the growth of ambitious graduates through intensive on-the-job training, professional development, and mentorship from industry experts. Designed to develop the next generation of client service professionals, this 12-month program provides participants with hands-on exposure to client servicing, wealth management operations, relationship support, and business processes within a leading multi-family office. Participants will receive structured training, practical experience, and ongoing coaching while working alongside experienced professionals. Performance will be assessed at the 6-month and 9-month milestones, with high-performing participants considered for a permanent full-time opportunity upon successful completion of the program. Key Responsibilities:

-Participate in a structured development program covering client service excellence, wealth management fundamentals, business communication, and department-specific training.

-Support the Client Service team in delivering exceptional service to clients by assisting with account maintenance, client requests, documentation, and administrative processes.

-Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of client-related activities.

-Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, meeting materials, and service documentation while ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality.

-Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

-Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering a superior client experience.

-Contribute actively to projects and assignments under the guidance of senior professionals and mentors.

-Work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and business goals.

Program Structure:

-Duration: 12 Months

-Performance Assessment: Formal evaluations conducted at the 6-month and 9-month milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Recent university graduates with a high GPA in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.

-Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

-Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to build professional relationships.

-Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

-Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a willingness to learn.

-Motivated self-starter with a passion for professional growth and achieving results.

-Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
