ARABIC SPEAKING IS A MUST HAVE.
MUST HAVE
- 4–6+ years building BI solutions end-to-end (data modeling → visualization → deployment)
- Strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) — expert-level in at least one
- Strong SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins)
- Data modeling experience (star schema, dimensional modeling)
- ETL/ELT experience — building and troubleshooting data pipelines feeding BI layers
- Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate into dashboards/reports (this is the "consultant" half — not just a report-builder)
- DAX or equivalent calculation-language proficiency (if Power BI-centric)
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar unified analytics platforms
- Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics feeding into BI layers
- Experience presenting to executive/C-level audiences
- Domain experience in operations/logistics/parking/municipal data
- Arabic language skills
- Familiarity with data governance/row-level security implementation
- Prior consulting background (used to client-facing engagements, scoping, and stakeholder management)
