Your new responsibilities

• Manufacturing Support - Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for assembly equipment. Ensure equipment capability meets production volume and quality requirements
• Process & Equipment Improvement - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance, yield, and productivity
• New Equipment Introduction - Lead equipment qualification and acceptance activities. Coordinate installation, commissioning, and startup activities
• Quality & Compliance - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems. Maintain documentation including SOPs, work instructions, maintenance procedures, and engineering reports.

Who we are looking for

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of equipment engineering experience in frontend / backend assembly manufacturing
• Minimum 3 - 7 years of technical knowledge of Pick & Place equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading technicians, or cross-functional project teams
