ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors and team members
- Help monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met
- Assist in ensuring that all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans
- Lead engineering and technical coordination activities throughout project execution and asset lifecycle.
- Review and validate engineering designs, technical submissions and contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor operational performance of district energy assets and recommend improvement initiatives to optimise reliability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support technical due diligence, feasibility studies, asset enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive resolution of technical issues through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ENGIE standards, statutory requirements and customer contractual obligations.

Required qualifications
EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in construction or project management
SPECIFIC SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
- Strong knowledge of project engineering, construction management and infrastructure project execution.
- Understanding of district cooling systems, chilled water distribution networks, energy centres and utility plant operations.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, mechanical piping systems, pumps, heat exchangers, controls and energy optimisation principles.
- Ability to review engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements and construction schedules.
- Working knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Experience in contract administration, contractor management and project cost control.
- Knowledge of relevant Singapore regulations, codes and standards related to construction, energy and workplace safety.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements, risk management processes and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving in a complex operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency and decarbonisation solutions is advantageous.
- Experience in district energy, utilities, industrial infrastructure, data centres or large-scale M&E projects would be highly preferred.

- Contributes to business growth by providing technical input for project development, feasibility studies and asset enhancement initiatives.
- Acts as a technical representative of ENGIE in interactions with customers, authorities, consultants and contractors.
- Demonstrates alignment with ENGIE's sustainability, decarbonisation and net-zero ambitions through engineering and operational practices.
