To enrich our Facility Management department of the Marquardt Group located in Pôle industriel "neopark El fejja" 1153, Mornaguia-la Mannouba, Tunis-El Fejja we are looking for you as

Facility Maintenance Technician

Qualifications

• Technical diploma (Bac+2/BTS)
• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven technical knowledge
• Good analytical skills and problem solving
• Involvment / availability / flexibility / working in night shift
• Working under pressure
• Average computer skills (word / CAD / Excel)
• Commitment to standards and to organization

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of equipment and compressed air installation
• Provide support during the preventive and curative maintenance of equipment and electrical installation
• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment and the air conditioning installation
• Ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of the building safety equipment and installation (camera / fire detection / firefighting / Sprinklers)
• Alignment with company and departmental objectives
• Ensure the maintenance of the handling and lifting fleet
• Ensure the management and preventive and curative maintenance of building equipment (doors / curtains / industrial doors / turnstiles / green spaces / drilling / etc.)
• Apply preventive maintenance plans for infrastructure maintenance
• Support maintenance technicians and plan the necessary training.
• To meet deadlines and delivery and satisfaction of our customer
• Manage subcontractors and work under his/her responsibility and close work and tasks in accordance with department standards
• Monitoring of indicators and processing of action plans
• Ensure the installation of production lines in accordance with the department's standards
• Follow-up of periodic inspections, ensuring compliance and lifting of reservations
