Shift Maintenance Technician

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
• 2–4 years in maintenance within manufacturing/automotive environment
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with sensors, vision systems, and EOLT equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Basic computer skills (maintenance systems, reporting)
• Basic English (technical understanding)
• Reactivity and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly lines and EOLT stations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults
• Ensure proper functioning of EOLT equipment (testing systems, sensors, cameras)
• Support quick recovery of breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Adjust, calibrate, and validate machines after intervention
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Maintain documentation (maintenance records, reports)
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement and reliability of equipment
