To enrich our Operations department of the Marquardt Group located in Pôle industriel "neopark El fejja" 1153, Mornaguia-la Mannouba, Tunis-El Fejja we are looking for you as

Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of industrial electronics and electrical systems

• Experience with PLC, HMI, drives, sensors, actuators and control systems

• Knowledge of SMT/PCB production equipment and automated assembly machines

• Strong skills in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• Ability to read and understand electrical, electronic and pneumatic schematics

• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance

• Experience with maintenance planning and spare-parts management

• Knowledge of CMMS / maintenance management systems is an advantage

• Understanding of ESD, electrical safety and machine safety

• Good knowledge of PLC programming/diagnostics and industrial communication networks

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good English and technical communication skills

• Ability to lead technicians and coordinate external machine suppliers

  Responsibilities

• Prevent production downtime by keeping machines and equipment operational.

• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic failures quickly and effectively.

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid recurring breakdowns.

• Repair and replace defective components (sensors, PLCs, drives, power supplies, etc.).

• Ensure equipment availability and reliability for production.

• Support production during machine/process problems and reduce MTTR.

• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain safety and ESD compliance on electronic production equipment.
