1. 生產狀況檢討。

2. 確認生產排程與物料狀況。

3. 進度追蹤與領班確認人員配置、設備運作狀況。

4. 處理訂單變更或緊急插單。

5. 處理生產異常與協調。

6. 數據輸入與報表製作並整理成日報表或週報表。

7. 跨部門溝通與協調，討論生產計畫、新品導入、品質改善等議題。

8. 預先檢查隔天生產計畫與物料需求，確保隔天生產能順利啟動。

9 .完成上級交辦的其它工作。

What You Will Do 你將做什麼（職務說明）

職責與責任：

1、生產排程規劃：依據訂單需求與產能，制定詳細的生產計畫。

2、物料需求管理：物料需求計畫（MRP）與庫存管理，確保生產所需準時到位。

3、生產進度追蹤：追蹤工單執行狀況，確保按計畫進行。

4、品質與成本控制：提出管控計畫，提升品質並降低生產過程中的浪費。

5、異常處理：協調各部採購、生產、業務、倉儲、品保等，解決生產中發生的各種突發問題。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - 你是誰（基本資格）

1、大學以上程度.

2、商業及管理學科類、工程學科類

3、英文能力：聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等.具基本英文溝通能力。

What Will Put You Ahead - 什麼能讓你領先一步

1、基本電腦操作能力： Word、Excel、PowerPoint，Excel需熟樞紐分析、函數技能(會巨集佳)

2、ERP系統操作：熟ORACLE / SAP者佳。

3、良好溝通與協調能力、細心與耐心、抗壓性與應變能力、多能工處理能力、積極主動注重細節.
