Your Job -你的工作

1. 根據PM & 業務訂單需求，負責物料需求分析、計算及請購，制定備料計畫。

2. 督促物料在上線、發貨前3天到貨、入庫，對物料品質、交期異常的協調處理和反饋。

3. 負責物料領用、借用等出庫需求審批和處理，庫存帳務準確性監督。

4. 處理訂單變更或緊急插單。

5. 即時處理ECO產生的異常物料。

6. 新產品跟進，試跑物料追蹤，部門間溝通。

7. 預先檢查隔天生產計畫與物料需求，確保隔天生產能順利啟動。

8 .完成上級交辦的其它工作。

What You Will Do - 你將做什麼（職務說明）

職責與責任：

1、根據生產計畫編制物料到貨計畫。

2、常規物料安全庫存量的建立;

3、合理控制半成品和原料的庫存，降低在庫量，提升周轉率。

4、即時處理呆滯料，對呆滯物料提出處理建議。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - 你是誰（基本資格）

1、大學以上程度.

2、學科：不拘.

3、一年以上物管相關經驗

4、英文能力：聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等.具基本英文溝通能力。

What Will Put You Ahead - 什麼能讓你領先一步

1、基本電腦操作能力： Word、Excel、PowerPoint，Excel需熟樞紐分析、函數技能(會巨集佳)

2、ERP系統操作：熟ORACLE / SAP者佳。

3、良好溝通與協調能力、細心與耐心、抗壓性、積極主動.
