Your Job

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will support accurate inventory movement, smooth outbound shipments, and day-to-day logistics operations. You will work closely with internal teams and transportation partners to ensure products are packed, documented, and shipped correctly and on time.

What You Will Do

• Process outbound shipments, including SAP transactions, shipping documentation, packing, and label coordination.
• Plan and coordinate transportation activities to support smooth and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory receipts, issues, and stock records.
• Support physical inventory checks and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, production, OQC, global label, and logistics teams to complete shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation companies and other external logistics partners.
• Support the implementation of new logistics systems and improvement projects.
• Create and maintain SAP routing tickets and complete other related duties assigned by the manager

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience using SAP in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management and logistics.
• Ability to analyze operational data and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with ownership, initiative, and a sense of urgency.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience supporting warehouse system implementation or logistics improvement projects.
• Experience coordinating shipments across production, quality, customer service, and transportation teams.
