Position Summary
Our Government & Public Services practice helps government agencies and public sector organizations address complex operational challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. As part of this work, the Site Analyst supports site implementation activities that help teams stay organized, meet project milestones, and maintain accurate project records. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate multiple administrative and project support activities in a fast-paced environment.
Work you'll do
As a Medicine Sr. Analyst on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the client with day-to-day oversight. This role will help keep those workstreams organized, coordinated, and moving forward.
- Support the Office of Women’s Health directly and help manage the day-to-day rhythm of the client
- Coordinate across Pharmacy, Dental, Musculoskeletal, and NMOCC to keep workstreams aligned
- Track action items, milestones, risks, dependencies, and follow-up items
- Coordinate recurring meetings and governance forums, including agendas, materials, notes, and decision tracking
- Help review and finalize client-facing work products, including briefs, slide decks, policy materials, talking points, and other communications
- Support the development, review, and update of policy, clinical guidance, training, and education materials
- Support stakeholder engagement, clinicians, government leads, and subcontractors
- Help synthesize input from meetings, data calls, and research into clear recommendations and deliverables
- Support QA/QC, version control, and timely escalation of issues when needed
- Assist with process improvement, reporting, knowledge management, and operational coordination across multiple subject areas
- Help establish a strong operating rhythm so the pod stays client-ready and on track

The team
Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice serves federal, state, and local government clients, as well as public higher education institutions. Within GPS, the Operations Transformation offering supports clients through business process improvement, operating model design, and implementation-focused project delivery. Teams work closely with clients to help modernize operations, improve execution, and deliver mission-driven results.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; public health, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in federal health, military medicine, healthcare operations, policy support, or a related environment.
- Professional experience in and with: Communication Strategy and Planning, Event Management, Policy/procedure writing, Project Management and Training Development.
- Readiness experience required.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and client-facing work.
- Experience with meeting facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and work product development.
- Experience supporting and writing healthcare policy, clinical guidance, procedures, training, or education materials.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret security clearance for the role.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across several workstreams at once.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

This compensation range is specific to Washington DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,100 to $155,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
