- Ensures the positive promotion of the College and integration of all campuses within the College.
- Is prompt and punctual in reporting for work, meetings, and office hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies; analyze financial data to guide decision-making.
- Supervise accounting and finance departments; ensure accurate preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and regulatory reports.
- Monitor cash flow, manage assets, and optimize capital structure to support operational and strategic goals.
- Implement internal controls, assess financial risks, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Communicate with auditors.
- Interpret rules and regulations within the financial realm.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and within the ACCS system.
- Make presentations of findings as requested.
- Lead staff development and monitor goals and objectives for the department.
- Maintain a working relationship with the Foundation to establish and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
