PURPOSE
To improve student achievement by performing a variety of advanced journey level skilled work in the maintenance, construction and repair of buildings and equipment in trade areas requiring local or state licensing.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

-Boiler � Class 3 Service Mechanic license

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair of low-pressure steam and hot water boilers and associated equipment.

-Develop, implement, and perform a procedure for daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of boiler systems.

-Develop, implement and maintain a procedure for boiler preventive maintenance scheduling.

-Coordinate with contractors for repairs beyond in-house capabilities.
