What you’ll do

  • Support strategic process improvement initiatives across Raw Material Governance, including PIA, DORIS, Supplier Regulatory Evaluation, and Regulatory Data Collection, by documenting workflows, analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing recommendations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Assist with data governance and data quality initiatives by evaluating raw material and supplier data, identifying data gaps and inconsistencies, supporting data standardization efforts, developing metrics and reporting, and contributing to improved data integrity and traceability.
  • Contribute to supplier regulatory compliance and data collection programs by supporting supplier information gathering, evaluating regulatory documentation, developing standardized tracking tools, and helping streamline compliance-related processes and communications.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) operations through participation in team meetings, stakeholder discussions, project activities, and job shadowing opportunities, while learning how regulatory requirements are applied in product stewardship, raw material management, and supply chain decision-making.
  • Build foundational knowledge of key regulatory topics, including GHS, TSCA, PFAS, Food Safety, REACH, and other global chemical regulations, and apply this knowledge to a summer-long project that delivers actionable recommendations and business value to the Raw Material Governance and PSRA teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and draw insights from data.
  • Interest in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, supply chain, data governance, compliance, or business process improvement, with a desire to learn how these functions support global business operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams and present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and work with complex data and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes; experience with data analysis, process mapping, or project work is a plus.

  • This internship NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  • This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
