Client Implementation Lead
- Hadrius
- New York City, United States
- $175,000 – $190,000
This is a full-time role as Client Implementation Lead, located onsite in New York, NY.
We're looking for a customer-facing implementation leader to own the deployment of Hadrius across some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world. You'll lead the team who takes customers from signed contract to fully operational, configuring Hadrius around their compliance workflows, training their teams, and getting them to value as quickly as possible.
You'll sit within the larger Customer Experience organization, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, acting as a primary liaison between our customers and our Product and Engineering teams. You'll function as a subject matter expert on the Hadrius platform, deeply understand how each customer operates, translate their requirements into a successful implementation, and manage the day-to-day execution of each client's implementation project from kickoff through go-live.
You'll be responsible for making sure customers are successfully onboarded, trained, and fully adopting Hadrius to run their compliance programs.
You will work across the organization to design and build the future of the financial system. We pride ourselves on having a culture that rewards impact and success generously. We're focused first and foremost on empowering each other to do our best work, today and into the future. You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same.
Responsibilities
First week:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Hadrius platform, our customers, and the compliance workflows we automate
- Learn our existing implementation process from contract signature through go-live
- Shadow customer onboarding, configuration, and training sessions
- Understand the integrations, data, configuration, and workflow decisions required to successfully deploy Hadrius
- Meet with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to understand how customers move through their lifecycle
- Begin working directly on your first customer deployment
First month:
- Independently own customer implementations from kickoff through successful go-live
- Function as a subject matter expert on Hadrius, advising clients on how the platform maps to their compliance and regulatory requirements
- Configure the platform around each customer's requirements, policies, users, and operating model
- Conduct client training sessions and manage the day-to-day client relationship throughout onboarding
- Coordinate integrations, data migrations, testing, and launch across customer and internal teams
- Establish and maintain clear implementation plans, procedural documentation, owners, milestones, and success criteria with every customer
- Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations
First 3 months & beyond:
- Own a portfolio of customer implementations and consistently get customers live, adopted, and realizing value
- Constantly evaluate implementation processes and procedures for inefficiencies, and drive improvements with internal stakeholders
- Develop deep expertise in how RIAs, broker-dealers, asset managers, and other financial institutions operate their compliance programs
- Become a trusted point of contact for compliance leaders, providing best-practice guidance on configuration and platform use
- Act as the liaison between customers and Product/Engineering, communicating client requirements and feedback
- Maintain and update procedural documentation, templates, and configuration playbooks used across deployments
About You
High agency: When a customer has a problem, you don't wait for someone else to solve it. You figure out what needs to happen and drive it through completion.
Technical: You're comfortable understanding integrations, APIs, data structures, and complex software systems. You can work directly with engineers without needing to be one.
Customer obsessed: You care deeply about whether customers actually succeed with the product, not whether you've completed an implementation checklist.
Process-oriented: You can take a complicated, ambiguous customer workflow and turn it into a clear system of requirements, decisions, owners, and actions.
Consultative: You're comfortable sitting across from a senior compliance executive, understanding how their organization operates, and recommending a better way of doing things.
Relentless executor: You move quickly, follow through, and take ownership of every detail required to get a customer live.
Product-minded: You don't solve the same problem manually ten times. You recognize patterns and work with Product and Engineering to make the underlying product better.
Clear communicator: You can make complex technical and operational topics understandable to customers and internal teams.
All-in: This is not a 9-5. We have a massive opportunity ahead of us and are looking for people excited to work incredibly hard to capture it.
Team-first mentality: You work seamlessly across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success and optimize for the customer's outcome rather than functional boundaries.
Passion for our mission: You're genuinely excited about our technology and our mission to build the future of financial compliance
