Pella Corporation is seeking motivated undergraduate students for our Supply Chain Internship in Medford, WI.

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting Pella's Supply Chain organization through meaningful projects and day-to-day business activities. Interns are placed on a specific team based on business needs, educational background, and skills, allowing them to gain practical experience while contributing to real business initiatives.

Throughout the summer, interns collaborate with experienced professionals, build their professional networks, and develop skills that prepare them for future careers in supply chain and operations.

As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Pella's Supply Chain organization with a focus on materials management, procurement, and supply chain operations. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help analyze business processes, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency and drive business results.

This internship is designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of how materials, suppliers, and internal partners work together to support manufacturing operations. You'll have the opportunity to build skills in problem solving, data analysis, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities are similar to what we expect of entry-level Supply Chain professionals who join Pella after graduation, providing meaningful experience while contributing to business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related major.
  • Strong academic standing
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly
  • Experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution preferred
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation: The starting pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s internship program. Eligible participants may receive transition assistance in accordance with company policies and program guidelines.
