Warehouse Manager

A growing specialty materials manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations within a compound manufacturing facility. This individual will oversee inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, and warehouse team performance while partnering with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy of 99.5% or higher
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and space utilization
• Ensure finished products are properly released, documented, and prepared for shipment
• Achieve on-time inbound and outbound delivery performance of 98% or higher
• Reduce product damage, waste, and order fulfillment time
• Develop SOPs and drive Lean process improvements
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, safety, and quality requirements
• Develop and lead a high-performing warehouse team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Three or more years leading teams of 10 or more employees in a warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong inventory control, cycle counting, and lot or batch traceability experience
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, GMP, OSHA, and material-handling practices
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred
