Plant Manager

We are looking for a Plant Manager to take the helm of our massive corrugated manufacturing facility in Georgia. We aren't just looking for an administrator—we need an operational force who understands state-of-the-art packaging machinery, drives peak efficiency, and knows how to lead high-performing production teams safely.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Next-Gen Manufacturing: Champion the integration and optimal output of advanced corrugated machinery, turning cutting-edge equipment design into operational excellence.
• Lead Operations End-to-End: Direct all daily plant functions across safety, production, distribution, maintenance, and warehousing.
• Master the Numbers: Systematically analyze plant financial performance, build annual budgets, manage labor/material costs, and uncover hidden savings and revenue growth opportunities.
• Build & Inspire Top Talent: Mentor supervisors, manage performance, and build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and positive employee relations.
• Deliver Uncompromised Quality & Safety: Enforce strict OSHA, environmental (DEQ), and company compliance while keeping product quality high and incident rates low.
• Partner for Success: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Customer Service, and HR to align plant capability with customer demand and talent growth.

What You Bring:

• Corrugated Expertise: Minimum 10 years of corrugated manufacturing experience required.
• Proven Leadership: At least 5 years in a direct plant management or senior supervisory role with a track record of driving unit performance.
• Machinery & Tech Savvy: Strong working knowledge of modern corrugated equipment, capabilities, maintenance, and technical workflow optimization.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Edge: Adept at reading financial/operational metrics, navigating technical instructions, and using data to make real-time cost-saving decisions.
• Crisis Control & Communication: Exceptional emotional intelligence under pressure, with the ability to lead effective meetings, train staff, and navigate complex personnel matters.
• Education: High school diploma/GED with technical coursework required; College Degree strongly preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Expectations:

• Fast-Paced Manufacturing: Active exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise levels, and varied industrial conditions.
• Hands-On Leadership: Requires frequent walking, standing, climbing, balancing, and the ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
