Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty

Matrix Home Care is seeking an experienced Bilingual - English/Spanish Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate weekend night shift private duty/home care case in the Opa-Locka/Miami area. This is a one-on-one skilled nursing opportunity for an RN who is comfortable providing care in the home setting during overnight hours.

Position Details:

Location: Opa-Locka / Miami, FL

Position Type: Private Duty / Home Care

Schedule: Monday and Friday 7AM-7PM; Wednesday and Thursday 7PM-7AM

Pay Rate: competitive based on experience and skill level

Start: Immediate need

Setting: One-on-one care in the home

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home

Monitor the patient throughout the overnight shift

Follow the patient’s plan of care

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Maintain patient safety, comfort, and care needs overnight

Report any changes in condition to the clinical team

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Communicate with the family, caregivers, and clinical team as needed

Maintain a professional and compassionate care environment

Requirements

Previous home care or private duty nursing experience is required

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN license in good standing

Current CPR/BLS certification

Previous home care or private duty nursing experience preferred

Comfortable working overnight shifts

Reliable transportation

Availability to work 12-hour shifts
