Summary
Step into a role where every day makes a difference! The Aging Department is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic Senior Center Manager.
As the heartbeat of the Center, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of all programs and activities—from the OAA Congregate Meal Program to transportation services and special outings—ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with agency guidelines. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment where participants feel supported, included, and appreciated through exceptional customer service.
You’ll also represent the Center at regular Manager meetings and required division and agency gatherings, contributing ideas, sharing insights, and helping shape the future of our services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by coursework in gerontology, psychology, sociology, human services or related field plus six months of experience in providing program services to a geriatric population or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.
